List of Ingredients
1st layer
1 Cup pecans-chopped
1 Cup flaked coconut
Mix and put in bottom of 9X13 pan.
2nd layer
1 Box German Chocolate Cake mix
Mix according to directions on box. Pour over pecan and coconut mixture.
Top layer
Mix: 1 stick margarine (softened)
1 8 oz. Cream cheese (softened)
1 Box confectioner sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Recipe
Drop in mounds over cake (or swirl). Do not drop too close to edge of pan. Bake at 350� for 45 minutes. When checking for doneness, place toothpick where you can see the 2nd layerr. The cake is done when toothpick comes out clean. Don't over bake.
