Recipe Introduction
Unlike most �stuffed zucchini�, this one is intended for the small zucchinis and does not include meat.
List of Ingredients
Slice small zucchinis lengthwise. Hollow out the seeds with a spoon. Microwave or cook in water until just fork tender.
1 C. sharp cheddar cheese
� C. cream
� C. bread crumbs
salt
pepper
� C. melted butter
paprika
Recipe
Mix together all the ingredients except the paprika. It will adhere together like a paste. Stuff this mixture into the hollowed out area where the seeds were. Sprinkle with a little paprika. (Don�t use too much as paprika can be spicy hot. This is just for appearance.)
