These are nice and smooth! Not "bits" for those texture hating kids.
List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk (low fat or skim work best)
1 large egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1/2 t. salt
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. Onion powder
1/4 t. ground black or white pepper
1/2-1 t. garlic powder
Recipe
Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Form into balls and bake until no longer pink in the center.
1 inch balls: 20 minutes at 375F
1 1/2 inch balls: 25-30 minutes at 375F
2 inch balls: 30-35 minutes at 375F
