    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups Sugar
    • 2 sticks Butter
    • 3 cups Flour
    • 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
    • 6 Eggs
    • 1 cup Sour Cream
    • 1 tsp. Vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Cream sugar, butter.
    2. Add eggs.
    3. Sift flour and baking soda and mix with sour cream and vanilla.
    4. Pour in regular or molded cake pan.
    5. Bake at 325* for 1/2 hour and then reduce heat to 300* and continue baking for 1 hour.


    Final Comments


    This is good served with fresh strawberries and whipped cream
