    Apple Pie Smoothie

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 cup cold, cooked oatmeal
    • 1 apple, cut in large chunks
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    • 1-2 packets Splenda to taste
    • 2/3-1 cup cold water


    1. Using the Tall Cup, put the ingredients in the bullet mug in this orderapple chunks, oatmeal, protein powder, cinnamon and Splenda. Pour the water in last

    2. Then, twist on the Cross Blade and blend until smooth. Remove Cross Blade and replace it with the comfort mug ring. Enjoy!

    3. Alternate Method...Put all ingredients in blender, Blend on High until smooth.

    Final Comments

    This meal is appropriate for ALL body types prior to working out IF you intend to train after breakfast, Mid Morning or Mid Afternoon Snack. Otherwise it is appropriate for the following meals:
