    Good Morning Peach Pie

    List of Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup of oats
    • 2 egg whites
    • dash of Vanilla
    • dash of Cinnamon
    • dash of Nutmeg
    • Splenda to taste
    • 1 Peach Diced
    • 1 C. Water


    1. Mix Oatmeal with water to moisten, cook for 30 seconds in microwave.

    2. Add the egg whites, peaches and spices and stir well.
      Microwave 1 more minutes or until done.

    Final Comments

    This recipe originally called for Pumpkin, but any fruit can be used.
    Just use your allowed portions.
