    OutRageous Oatmeal Muffins

    List of Ingredients

    • 12 Egg Whites
    • 3 Cups of Quick Oats
    • 1/2 Cup unsweetened Applesauce
    • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
    • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
    • 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
    • 12 Packets Splenda (approx. 1/4 cup)


    1. Beat Eggs until frothy but not stiff.

    2. Fold in other ingredients.

    3. Divide into 12 regular muffins.

    4. Bake 375* for 14 minutes or until golden brown.

    Final Comments

    2 muffins = 2 egg whites and 1/2 oatmeal.
    Refridgerate muffins.
