    I was looking for something different for breakfast. I have Carb and Protein. So I came up with this.

    List of Ingredients

    1 oz. Turkey Sausage
    2 tbsp Onions minced
    2 tbsp Green peppers Minced
    4 oz. Potatoes Minced
    1 tsp garlic minced
    1 egg white beaten until frothy
    2 Tbsp Salsa


    I minced my Onion, Green Peppers and Potatoes in Food Processor or Magic Bullet, Seperately.
    Put them in a pan.
    Added Turkey cook until oninos were soft, about 10 minutes.
    Add Egg white and Salsa and stir until mixed into meat and potatoe mixture.
    Flatten in pan until browned alittle about 3 minutes.
    Stir and flatten again Cook about 3 more minutes. Enjoy!
