Wendys Spicey Salsa

I make a quart of this every sunday and store it in Canning Jars. Also I love Spicey Foods, So adjust to fit your tastes.
List of Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes, chopped and seeded (I like Roma Tomatoes)
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1 small Green pepper Chopped. (roasted and peeled)
1-2 cloves Garlic chopped
1-2 l jalapeno pepper, roasted on stove, peeled, seeded and minced
2 Green Onions Diced
1 small can Tomato Sauce to moisten.
Chop all ingredients into small pieces.
Combine all in a bowl.
Stir well and store in fridge over night or longer for flavors to blend together.
The longer it sets...the better it tastes.
Store in an air tight container.
