    Malaysian Tandoori Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    * 1-1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts


    * 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    * 2 tablespoon minced garlic
    * 1 tablespoon minced ginger
    * 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
    * 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
    * 2 teaspoons Splenda
    * 1 teaspoons chili flakes
    * ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
    * ½ teaspoon ground coriander
    * ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
    * ¼ teaspoon white pepper
    * Lime wedges
    * Mint sprigs


    Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to overnight.
    1. Lift chicken from marinade and drain briefly, and arrange chicken on a grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of low-glowing coals. Cook, turning and basting occasionally until meat is no longer pink.
    2. Arrange on a platter and garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs.
