    List of Ingredients

    • 1 lbs. Ground turkey
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 1 green pepper, diced
    • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    • 1 tsp. Garlic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp. paprika
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tbsp. unsalted chili powder
    • 1/2 can NSA Tomato paste (Small Can)
    • 1 16oz can NSA Diced tomatoes or stewed tomatoes, you could use fresh tomato's if you would like
    • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
    • 1 cup diced mushrooms
    • 3 packets Splenda


    1. Sauté onion and bell pepper.
    2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Drain and rinse.
    3. Add the garlic powder or garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, water, tomato paste, and tomatoes' to the ground turkey mixture.
    4. Cook and stir till mixed, add Mushrooms, parsley and splenda and continue to cook on low to simmer for 20 minutes.
