    • 2 lb. Ground Turkey
    • 2 Egg Whites
    • 1 T. Parsley
    • tsp Pepper
    • 2 tsp. Onion minced
    • tsp. Nutmeg
    • 2 tsp. Garlic minced
    • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper


    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
    2. Mix all ingredients. Add water a little at a time until the meat mixture holds together and can be formed into balls.
    3. Shape gently into 1" balls (weigh the meat, You want them to be 1 ounce each)

    4. Bake for 12 minutes, or until done.
