    List of Ingredients

    6 medium squid, ink sac removed & meat cut into 3

    8 medium shrimps, heads removed

    1/2 lb. mussels, boiled & half shell removed

    2 medium potatoes, cut into chunks

    8 cloves garlic, minced

    1 medium onion, sliced

    1 tbsp. ginger strips

    3/4 cup coconut milk

    1 tbsp. curry powder

    1 small can pineapple chunk, drained

    1 red bell pepper, cut into strips


    Saute garlic, onions and ginger in oil.

    Add squid and cook for 10 minutes.

    Add potatoes and continue cooking for 10 minutes, or until
    half tender.

    Add shrimps and mussels. Cook 5 minutes more.

    Pour in coconut milk, then season with 1/4 tsp. pepper and
    curry powder.

    Stir in pineapple chunks and bell peppers.

    Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!
