    Whole wheat bread with no sugar, low salt and low fat.
    Ready in approx. 1hr 15 min.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (.25 oz) pkg active dry yeast
    • 1 cup skim milk, like warm
    • 2 Tsp warm water (110 degrees F)
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    • 1 Tsp olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Place ingredients in the pan in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by manufactor. Select the lightest setting, press start.
