    4 ears of corn

    Batter:
    1 cup wheat flour
    1 cup corn flour
    1 cup of nonfat milk
    1/3 cup oil (these folks use soybean oil)
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    Mix batter ingredients together in a bowl. Heat a skillet of vegetable oil to 300 deg, insuring you have enough oil in the skillet to cover the corn. Roll corn in flour so batter will stick, then dip in batter to cover corn. Dip corn in oil totally immersing. Cook to Golden brown.
