Hi Danny, your pineapple garlic upsidedown cake got my attention. Hope you aren't serious! You live in one of our favorite parts of the country. In fact we are leaving tomorrow for a family reunion in Hattiesburg, Ms. and then on to Sieverville for a visit with relatives who recently moved there. We get to the Smokies several times a year, have been going since we were first married way back in the 60's. We spent last Christmas in a chalet in Gatlinburg and actually got a little snow.
