Barbecue Chicken in Crockpot

Add 6wbmo BBQ Sauce listed below...or your own favorite.
List of Ingredients
* 3-4 chicken breasts
1 can no salt added Tomato Sauce
3 capfuls of liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Ground Pepper, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder Etc,etc...
Stevia or Splenda to taste
Rinse off chicken breasts and cut into strips. Place into crockpot. Pour your favorite 6 Week Body Makeover barbecue sauce on top of chicken, making sure you cover the chicken completely. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
Heat on the stove top until just simmering or you can nuke on defrost for ten minutes covered with wax paper.
