    List of Ingredients

    2/3 cup boiling water
    1 package jell-o brand gelatin, (4-ounce size), any flavor*
    1/2 cup cold water
    8 oz cool whip whipped topping, thawed
    1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust
    assorted fresh fruit*
    additional thawed cool whip


    1 Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups. Gradually add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Remove any remaining ice.
    2 Stir in 1 tub whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into crust.
    3 Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional whipped topping and fruit just before serving.
    4 *For Spring, use strawberry gelatin and assorted fresh berries.
    5 *For Summer, use lime or lemon gelatin and lime or lemon slices.
    6 *For Autumn, use orange gelatin and mandarin oranges.
    7 *For Winter, use lemon gelatin, lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
