Strawberry Sour Cream Pie

List of Ingredients
1 - 9 inch baked pie shell
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
Place eggs and sour cream in a 1-quart glass bowl; blend.
Mix in sugar.
Microwave on 50 percent (MEDIUM), uncovered, for 8 - 9
minutes or until
thick, stirring every 2 min. Stir in vanilla. Cool 10 min.
Place strawberries in bottom of baked pie shell. Place sour
over strawberries. Cool and refrigerate for several hours
SERVES 6 - 8
