    4 ounces ginger
    2 cups water
    8 cups milk
    2 1/2 cups sugar

    Recipe



    Wash ginger and cut in small pieces. Boil
    in water for few minutes. Strain and cool. Add sugar to milk
    and the cold ginger tea. Freeze.
