    2 pounds ground beef, 95% lean -- cooked and drained
    46 ounces tomato juice
    15 ounces tomato sauce
    8 ounces mushroom stems and pieces -- drained
    2 tablespoons dried minced onion
    2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon ground mustard
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/2 teaspoon mace
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    7 ounces Spaghetti, Healthy Harvest -- broken in half

    Recipe



    In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine beef, tomato juice, tomato sauce,
    mushrooms and seasonings.

    Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

    Stir in spaghetti.

    Cover and cook on high 1 hour longer or until the spaghetti is tender.

    If you have a little extra preparation time, substitute 1/2 cup chopped
    onion for the dried minced onion in Easy-Does-It-Spaghetti.
