    2/3 cup dry split peas
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/4 cup ham, extra lean, boneless, R-T-C -- chopped
    dash Salt and pepper -- to taste
    2 tablespoons celery leaves -- chopped
    1/2 cup onion -- chopped
    1 small bay leaf

    Place all ingredients in CROCK*ETTE.
