Grilled Apricot Chicken

List of Ingredients
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup apricot jam (or any flavor)
2 Tbsps white wine
1/4 tsp pepper
1. Lightly sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper; set aside.
2. Heat grill over medium-hot coals. In a small saucepan, melt jam, breaking up any large chunks of fruit. Stir in wine, pepper and salt until mixture is smooth.
3. Grill chicken over prepared coals until cooked through, brushing with apricot glaze the last half of cooking. Serve extra glaze on the side.
