    Garlic Scape Potatoes
    1� lbs yukon gold potato
    � cup butter
    � cup garlic scapes, very finely chopped
    1/3 cup whipping cream

    Recipe



    1. Cook potatoes in salted boiling water until tender.
    2. Melt butter & saut� the scapes for about 5 minutes.
    3. Remove from heat& stir in cream.
    4. Drain potatoes& mash.
    5. Add garlic mixture& combine well.
