Yakburger Casserole

List of Ingredients
� 2 lbs yakburger
� 8 medium red potatoes (scrubbed and sliced into thin slices) peeling optional
� 1 medium onion (cut in thin slices or chopped)
� 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
� garlic salt
� salt and pepper
Recipe
In a 9x13 glass dish sprayed with cooking spray�begin layering half of the potatoes, half of the onions, half of the raw burger. Repeat layers. Season meat layers with garlic salt�potato layers with a little salt and pepper. Add grated cheese to top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour..or until potatoes pierce easily with a fork.
