List of Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Beef
� c. Diced onion
1 T. Garlic
1� c. Blanched, diced tomatoes
3� T Tomato paste
� c. Ketchup
3 T. Chili powder
1� t. Leaf oregano
1� t. Cumin
1� t. Black pepper
� oz. Beef bouillon
� t. Tabasco
2� c. Water
� c. Cooked red beans
Recipe
Saut� beef and onions with garlic in large pot until tender. Remove and drain. In a separate pot, add all other ingredients. Simmer for � hour. Combine the sauce with the meat and mix thoroughly.
