    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup Olive oil
    3 lbs Ground beef
    1/4 lb Celery diced
    1/4 lb Red onions diced
    1/2 lb Red peppers chopped
    1/2 lb Green peppers chopped
    3 ea Jalapeno fresh diced, seeded
    2 Tbsp Cumin
    1/4 cup Chili powder
    1 Tbsp Paprika
    1 tsp Cracked red pepper
    1 tsp Cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
    10 1-lb can Tomato strips
    1 Tbsp Kosher salt
    10 1-lb can Kidney beans

    Recipe



    In large stock pot, cook ground beef until brown. Put aside and drain fat.
    In a second stock pot, add all vegetables and saut� until soft.
    Add all spices to vegetables and cook for an additional five minutes.
    Add tomato strips and ground beef then bring to a simmer.
    Keep stirring on a low simmer for 30 minutes. Add beans and mix until hot.

    Garnish with diced green onions, sour cream, cheddar cheese.

    Yield: 1 gallon
    Serves: 10
