List of Ingredients
1 40 oz. can kidney beans (or 2 16-20 oz. cans)
1 15 oz. can chickpeas
2 cloves garlic minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 14 oz. can whole tomatoes
1 Tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon cumin
� teaspoon basil
3 Tablespoons chili powder
Recipe
Rinse the kidney beans and chickpeas to remove salt. Set aside. Saut� garlic and onion in olive oil. Add beans, chickpeas and remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes (or longer) until thick.
