List of Ingredients
� 2 lb yak burger
� 1/2 green pepper (chopped)
� 1 onion (chopped)
� 2 T chili powder
� 1 T celery salt
� 1 can green chiles chopped
� 1 can (15oz) black beans
� 1 can (15oz) kidney beans
� 1 can (15oz) butter beans
� 2 C V-8 juice
Recipe
Brown the yak burger adding the chopped onion towards the end of the browning. Add all the ingredients together in a large pot on your stove. Bring to a simmer and let the flavors blend together. Its ready to serve immediately or keep it warm and the flavors will continue to blend for a delicious and hearty soup that can be served all day long.
