2 Onions (medium diced)
2 Fennel bulbs (medium diced)
2 Large pinches saffron
2 t Garlic
2 rst Red peppers
4 cups Canned tomato juice
2 qt. Fumet
2 qt. Water
1t Chili flakes
2 Bay leavesRecipe
Sweat aromatics in extra virgin olive oil. Add saffron, toms, and peppers and saut� briefly. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
