    Recipe Introduction

    Yield: About 2 1/2 cups salsa; 6 to 8 servings.

    List of Ingredients

    1 (0.7-ounce) packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

    1/3 cup vinegar

    1/2 cup vegetable oil

    4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

    4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

    1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles

    1 (4-ounce) can chopped black olives or 1/2 cup pitted black olives, chopped

    3 green onions, chopped

    1 ripe tomato, chopped

    1 (8-ounce) package tortilla chips


    Combine dressing mix, vinegar and oil as directed on the dressing mix packet. Set aside.

    In a 2-quart bowl, combine cheeses, chiles, olives, green onions and tomato. Add dressing; stir gently to combine. Serve with tortilla chips.
