    List of Ingredients




    2 � pounds ground beef
    1 pound red bell pepper (small dice)
    1 pound onions (small dice)
    2 jalape�o peppers (small dice)
    6 cloves garlic (small dice)
    1 can chipotle peppers (pureed)
    2 15-oz cans black beans
    2 15-oz cans diced tomatoes
    2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
    3 15-oz cans chili beans
    1 cup chili powder
    3 tablespoons ground cumin
    3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
    2 teaspoons coriander
    18 ounces of beer (ale)
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Saut� onions, peppers and garlic until translucent. Add ground beef and brown. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 2-2 � hours. Adjust seasonings.
