    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup (1 stick) Fleischmann's� Original Margarine-stick
    1 package (11 ounces) butterscotch morsels, divided
    1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3/4 cup chopped cashews
    confectioners' sugar, (optional)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350�F. Combine flour and brown sugar in large bowl. Cut in Fleischmann's with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 1/2 cup butterscotch morsels; press firmly onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
    Beat egg, milk and vanilla in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in remaining butterscotch morsels and the cashews; spread evenly over crust.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into 24 squares; cut each square diagonally in half to make 2 triangles. Sprinkle with confectioners? sugar, if desired.
