    Raspberry Walnut Bars

    List of Ingredients




    Shortbread Base:
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter

    Combine. Press into bottom of greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

    Filling:
    1/2 cup raspberry jam

    Remove shortbread base from oven and spread with jam.

    2 eggs
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and spread over jam. Return to oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares
