Sunflower Squares

List of Ingredients
� cup (125 mL) butter
1 cup (250 mL) graham wafer crumbs
1 cup (250 mL) rolled oats
2 cups (500 mL) chopped dates
1 cup (250 mL) salted, roasted sunflower seeds
2 cups (500 mL) flaked or shredded coconut
1 can (300 ml) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand�
Recipe
1. In large mixing bowl, combine butter, crumbs and rolled oats; mix well. Press evenly into bottom of a parchment paper-lined 15 X 10-inch (2 L) jelly roll pan.
2. Sprinkle with chopped dates, sunflower seeds and coconut. Pour Eagle Brand evenly on top.
3. Bake in preheated 350�F (180�C) oven 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan; lift out with paper and cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
