List of Ingredients




1 � cup butter

3 � cups dark brown sugar

1 � egg

3 � cups oatmeal (uncooked)

1/8 � teaspoon salt

1 � tablespoon vanilla



Recipe



Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a saucepan, melt butter and mix with sugar.
In a mixing bowl, combine oatmeal, salt, and vanilla.
Blend in melted butter and sugar mixture.
Beat until batter is smooth.
Using a teaspoon, drop batter onto buttered cooked sheet and bake about 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
