    Apple, Blueberry and Pear Crumble

    List of Ingredients




    3 large granny smith apples (600g), peeled, sliced
    825g can pear slices, drained, liquid reserved
    1 punnet blueberries
    1½ cups 'Uncle Toby's Oat Favourites', brown sugar flavour
    1 tablespoon plain flour
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    100g Meadow Lea canola margarine

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 190°C or 170°C fan-forced.

    Combine apples in medium saucepan with 4 tablespoons pear liquid. Cook, covered, over medium heat 10 minutes or until apples have softened slightly.

    Combine apples with pears and blueberries. Transfer to 5-6 cup baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients until combined. Sprinkle evenly over fruit. Bake 20-25 minutes until crisp and golden.
