List of Ingredients




1 (15 ounces) package 9" refrigerated
pie crusts
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/8-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup drained and chopped roasted red pepper
1 cup shredded medium sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350�F. Lightly spray bottom of pan with vegetablepan spray. Roll one pastry crust out slightly thinner and press into pan;pressing dough against bottom and 1" up side of pan to conform to theheart shape. Prick with fork. Bake 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown.Remove from oven and allow to cool. Heat olive oil in frying pan and cookmushrooms and onions until soft, about 5 minutes; set aside. Whisk eggswith cream, mustard and black pepper. Stir in mushrooms, onions, red pepperand cheese; pour into crust. Bake 35-40 minutes or until room temperature.

Makes 4-6 servings.
