    Get the cheapest can of pineapple juice that you can find. For some reason it always tastes better.


    List of Ingredients


    • London Broil
    • Lg can of Pineapple Juice
    • 1 C worchester sauce


    Instructions


    1. mix pineapple juice and Worchester sauce in a container larger enough to fit your London Broil
    2. Place London Broil in container, cover and marinate over night. Turning once or twice

    3. Grill London Broil to desired doneness.
    4. Discard marinade
