Brownie Biscotti

Beat until soft:
1/3 cup butter
Add:
2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
Beat in:
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Add:
1/3 cup cocoa
1-3/4 cups flour (as much flour as you can by mixer, then by hand)
Stir in:
� cups mini chocolate chips
� cup chopped nuts
Shape between layers of plastic wrap to 9x4x1� bar, then split in half so it�s 2� wide.
Place them on parchment covered sheet 4� apart.
Brush with milk.
Convection bake at 350�F. for 25 minutes. Cool on sheet for 30 minutes.
Cut into thick, �� slices diagonally with serrated knife (not electric).
Lay cut side down and bake at 300�F. for 10 minutes. Flip and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Leave in oven until cool.
Store airtight.
Yield: 20 cookies (These are short biscotti. Don�t cut, keep 9x4x1�)
