    CRUST:
    Combine:
    1-1/4 cup of finely crushed graham crackers
    � cup sugar
    1/3 cup margarine, melted
    Press firmly onto bottom of 9� springform pan


    FILLING:
    In a large mixer bowl, beat till fluffy:
    2-8 0z. packages of cream cheese, softened
    Gradually beat in until smooth:
    1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    Add and mix well:
    3 eggs
    � cup lemon juice

    Pour into prepared pan and bake at 300�F. for 50-55 minutes or until center is set.

    Cool and chill
