Asian Beef Noodles

Stir fry hot wok with 1 tsp. oil:
1/2-3/4 pound flank steak, sliced thinly across grain
Remove and set aside.
Stir fry until crisp tender and then set aside:
3 cups broccoli florets
2 carrots, sliced
Stir fry for 30 seconds:
3 garlic cloves, pressed
2-1/2� pieces ginger root, peeled and pressed
Add and bring to boil:
3 cups hot water
3 seasoning packets from ramen packages
Stir in:
4 (3 ounce) packages Oriental flavor ramen noodles
Bring to boil, reduce heat.
Simmer for 3 minutes or until the noodles are tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Return the beef and vegetables to the skillet. Cook just until it�s heated through, stirring frequently.
Notes: have used granulated garlic and powdered ginger instead of fresh. This is enough for four people as an entr�e. Decrease to two packages of ramen and 2 cups of water if you want small portions.
