    1 head cabbage
    1 medium carrot

    Dressing:
    1/3 cup sugar
    � tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    � cup milk
    � cup mayonnaise
    � cup buttermilk
    1-1/2 Tbs. vinegar
    2-1/2 Tbs. lemon juice

    Toss and refrigerated for at least two hours before serving.
