    List of Ingredients

    • 1 loaf french bread, cut into cubes
    • 8 eggs
    • 3 cups f.f. milk
    • 4 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 3/4 tsp salt
    • 2 tbls butter, cubed
    • 3 tbls sugar
    • 2 tsp cinnamon


    1. Place the bread cubed in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
    2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    3. Pour over the bread.
    4. Cover and refrig for 8 hours or overnight.
    5. Remove from the refrig 30 min before baking.
    6. Dot with butter.
    7. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top.
    8. Cover and bake at 350 for 45-50 min.
    9. Let stand for 5 min.
    10. Serve with syrup.
