I also like this with just the cream cheese and ranch and then just a large dill pickle wrapped inside and sliced.


List of Ingredients




2 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 ( 1 oz.) ranch dressing mix

2 green onions, minced

4 12 inch flour tortillas

1 4 oz. diced green chilies, rinsed and drained

1 2 oz. sliced olives, drained


Recipe



Mix cream cheese and dressing mix, onions until blended. spread on tortillas. Blot dry chilies and olives with paper towel. Sprinkle equal amounts over cream cheese mixture, roll tortillas, tightly in siran wrap. Chill 2 hours. Cut int 1 inch pieces
