    8~oz Cream cheese, softened
    2~tablespoon Dijon mustard
    3 Green onions, chopped
    6 Four torillas (8 inch)
    12-18 Spinach leaves, Ig, stems removed
    1 Red bell pepper
    3/4~pound Deli ham, thinly sliced

    Recipe



    In small bowI, combine cream cheese and mustard.
    Add green onion; mix welI.
    Spread about 1/4 cup mixture onto each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge.
    Cover with 2-3 spinach leaves, pressing lightly.
    Top with bell peppers and 2 ham slices, keeping layers as flat as possible.
    Roll up tightly in jelly-roll fashion; wrap each securely in plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate seam-side down at least 1 hour.
    Remove wrapping; discard. Cut each roll crosswise into 1-inch slices.
