    My favorite to use at Thanksgiving.

    List of Ingredients




    1 C. Chopped Celery
    3/4 C. Chopped Onion
    1/2 C. Butter/Marg.
    1 2/3 C. Chicken Broth, or more/less as needed.
    1-lb. Sausage, cooked and drained
    1 (16 oz) pkg. cornbread stuffing (I like to use homemade)
    1 1/2 t. Poultry seasoning, or to your taste
    1 t. Gr. Sage, or to your taste

    In lrg. skillet, saute' celery and onion in butter till barely tender. Add to cornbread crumbs with the chicken broth and spices. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Loosely stuff turkey just before reasting or bake in a greased dish at 350' for about 30 min.
