    1 muffin pan
    butter
    1 egg per person
    1 pc. of ham per person

    Recipe



    Butter one muffin pan. Place one pc. of ham into each
    muffin circle, crack one egg over each pc. of ham.
    Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until egg is done
    to your liking. Serve with toasted English muffins
    that are btw not English at all my English husband
