Potato and Bacon Pie

List of Ingredients
4 large potatoes -- red or white, cooked, peeled, and mashed or grated
1/2 medium Granny Smith apples -- peeled, cored and grated
8 slices turkey bacon slices -- cooked crisp and diced
1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt -- to taste
1/8 teaspoon black pepper -- to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
Stir together all ingredients. Spread in pie dish and smooth the top.
Bake until nicely browned on top, about 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting into 8 wedges.
