    Serves 8 1pt each

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cold f/f milk
    1 pkg. (6 serv. size) S/F, F/F vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    2 1/2 c. frozen F/F non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
    1/2 c. crushed fiber-one



    1. In a large bowl, beat milk, pudding and spice with wire whisk for 1 minute. (Mixture will be very thick) Whisk in pumpkin. Stir in whipped topping.

    2. Crush cereal in food processor or by hand in a ziploc baggie. Sprinkle crumbs in 9" pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam.

    3.Spread pumpkin mixture over crumbs. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs or until set.

    This is so yummy!!! I revised it from a ready crust recipe. Help with the points would be appreciated. Thanks.
